In honor of Ronnie James Dio and his contribution to metal - I hope you all check out the video below.
This next clip comes by way of special request from the Addendum's first Addendite - Seanstle. Dio was 60 years old in the following clip. He brings the intensity like Bill will when he's doing his 13th special eighteen years from now.
"Rainbow in the dark defined him. He was that Rainbow" ~ Seanstle
Thanks for posting. I have trouble picturing a world without a Ronnie James Dio. He stood up for all the Rainbows in the Dark out there, believing that the human spirit could conquer all. Most of all he dedicated his life to his fans and the music.

It is hidden no more. Together we shall face the foe and live on to climb higher mountains and explore greater magic. Together we cannot fail. Together we shall face the foe and live on to climb higher mountains and explore greater magic. Together we cannot fail." - Ronny James Dio, 2010

ReplyDeleteDouble devil horns for you Dio.
Ronnie James Dio's music was part of the soundtrack of my life from the late 70's till the present. Great songs like "Man on the silver mountain", "Heaven and Hell", "Holy Diver", "Last in Line" and many, many others continue to inspire and motivate me to this day. Dio was one of a kind and I will miss him very much. The world has lost an incredible singer and a true legend....\m/
